I am getting married and the reception venue will assist in the planning of my wedding, why should I hire an event specialist?

The contact person at your banquet facility will only assist you with planning the menu and setting up of the tables. They will not be able to help you decide on the type of ceremony, secure an officiant, coordinate the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception, or the many other little details that are involved in planning a wedding. Our Certified Bridal Consultant is educated and trained to work with bridal couples and make sure they have the wedding of their dreams. A venue coordinator may tell you that you do not need a bridal consultant, but remember that the venue coordinator's interest lies with their employer. Our interest lies with you and making sure that you are happy with all the details of your wedding.

How much do you charge for your services?

We are a full service wedding and event planning company, and our fees are based on the type of services that will accommodate our clients' needs.  We offer full-service packages, day-of-event management, a-la-carte services, and hourly consultations. Once hired, we become part of your team and will help you turn your vision into a reality. Whether you desire a traditional wedding, a theme shower, or an intimate dinner party, we will design an event that highlights your individual tastes and personality.

What happens at the initial consultation appointment?

A one-hour no cost and no obligation consultation is always provided at a time that is convenient for you. During this consultation, we will discuss the overall vision you have for your event and what type of services you desire. We will ask you to describe the type of event you envision and will tell you exactly how our planning process works. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you can think of during this consultation. We always have a contract for services with us if you are ready to make the decision to hire us. However, we do not expect you to make any decisions during this consultation. The consultation is provided to give you a better understanding of what services we can offer and to provide you with the comfort to know we are here to assist you.

Can I hire you only for the day of the event?

This is one service nobody planning a large event should do without. You may not mind doing all the planning yourself, but do you really want the hassle of dealing with all the vendors and the problems that could arise during the event? Even if you don't hire us to do the planning, we can still offer you our day-of-event management package. We work behind the scenes with your vendors and make sure that no problems are left unsolved. We are there for the full day making sure that everything you worked so hard to plan runs smoothly and that you and your family and friends can enjoy yourselves without worry.
